For EdTech companies & course platforms
Scale your catalogue without scaling your team.
White-label production capacity that plugs into your pipeline: instructional design, studio video, AI-accelerated post and platform-ready packaging - at your quality bar, under your brand, behind an NDA signed before we scope.
The catalogues and institutions our production line already serves.

BITS Pilani DigitalAI-augmented video generation
Generated video where it earns its place in your catalogue. The long tail of your roadmap will never justify a studio day, and the topics that move fastest cannot wait for one. We produce those modules with a generated presenter, in your own template system, at the same structural standard as the flagship courses.
Data Structures & Algorithms - a live Board Infinity module produced with AI-generated video. Same instructional design, same checkpoints, same packaging as a studio course.
See an AI-generated lesson from your own roadmapA deck, an SOP, a policy, a manual, a transcript or an existing lecture recording. No script and no studio booking needed to start.
Our ID team structures the module and a writer owns the script. AI drafts from your material; a named person decides what is accurate and what ships.
An AI presenter or a fully visual explainer, built in your brand system, with voice and language variants generated from the same approved script.
Captions, lesson notes, a checkpoint per lesson, a graded assessment, then SCORM or xAPI packaged and tested on your LMS.
Judge the quality bar yourself
Three complete lessons from live courses - a technical subject, a module produced with a generated presenter, and a core CS topic.
Machine Learning Fundamentals
The core ideas behind how a model actually learns, for a first course in ML.
AI Avatar Creation
How an AI presenter is built and scripted, and where it belongs in a lesson.
Data Structures & Algorithms
The structures and algorithms a coding interview actually tests.
Generative AI for Business
What generative AI changes for a business team, without the jargon.
Crafting an ATS-Ready Resume
Writing a resume that clears automated screening and still reads to a person.
Dot Product: The Math Behind Game Engines
One piece of vector maths, explained through the way game engines use it.
Your roadmap outruns your studio. Every year.
The courses that get cut are rarely the ones with the smallest market. They are the ones with the smallest internal champion.
- The roadmap says twenty; the studio can do six. Something gets cut, and it is decided by who is loudest rather than by the data.
- Freelancers break the quality bar. Five freelancers produce five looks, and someone on your team quietly becomes a full-time production manager.
- SMEs are brilliant on camera for four hours, not forty. Which is why courses sit at 80% done for months.
Same team. Same quality bar. The difference is who does the production.
Outsourced production has a reputation. Mostly earned.
Left is what platforms describe when they tell us why the last vendor did not work out. Right is the standard we hold.

An AI-accelerated pipeline with humans on the decisions
Every vendor in this category now says 'AI-powered'. Here is the actual division of labour on a Board Infinity course, stage by stage, so you can judge it rather than take it on faith.
Outcome map and lesson structure from your brief. Never generated.
AI drafts from the SME transcript; a writer rewrites for voice and accuracy.
A person on camera, or a disclosed AI presenter where content refreshes often.
Transcript-driven rough cut, silence trims, caption pass - then an editor finishes it.
Concept builds from your template system. Judgement, not automation.
Accuracy, captions, contrast, click-through, then packaged and tested.
Two commitments on this. We tell you which modules used an AI presenter, so you can disclose it to your learners. And instructional design, subject accuracy and final QA are never generated - a named person signs those off on every course.
How the volume actually ramps
Capacity is not a switch. This is the shape of a typical engagement - one course to prove the bar, then parallel tracks.
| Stage | What runs | Your involvement | Courses in flight |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pilot | One course, built to your style guide and packaging spec | A style guide, one SME, one review | 1 |
| Calibration | Template system locked; QA checklist agreed against your bar | One round of notes we build into the template | 1–2 |
| Ramp | Parallel tracks, each with its own ID and editor | Briefs in, reviews out, on your cadence | 3–6 |
| Steady state | Reserved studio days and ID hours each quarter | A weekly stand-up with your project lead | 6+ |
Illustrative shape, not a guarantee - actual throughput depends on SME availability, subject complexity and how fast scripts get approved on your side. We commit to a specific number per quarter only after the pilot, when both sides know the real cycle time.
Course #40 looks like course #1
The thing that makes catalogue-scale production survivable is not more editors. It is a design system built once, then applied.
One slide system
Type scale, colour roles, chart styles and layouts, built to your brand and locked before the ramp.
A motion library
Lower thirds, transitions, concept builds and callouts as reusable components rather than one-off animations.
An assessment pattern
Checkpoint types, feedback structure and scoring behave identically across every course in the catalogue.
A QA checklist
Signed off per lesson against your bar - accuracy, captions, contrast, tracking, click-through.
Why this matters more than production speed: when the system is shared, a course built nine months later still matches, and a refresh is a re-record of one lesson rather than a rebuild of the course.
What lands in your pipeline per course
Everything below arrives per course, named to your convention, ready to ingest - not a Dropbox link and a good luck message.

Full ownership on delivery, source files included. Fixed fee per course, no revenue share, no licence-back. The template system is yours too, so nothing about this engagement makes you dependent on us for course #41.
Six things that are true on every engagement
None of these are negotiated per deal. They are how we work, and they are in the first contract you see.
White-label by default
Your brand, your templates, your credits. Board Infinity is not named in the course, its metadata or its packaging.
Confidentiality as standard
Non-disclosure agreements signed before scoping - covering your roadmap, subjects, SMEs and learner data.
Never a case study without consent
We do not publish your work, name you as a client, or show your courses in a pitch unless you say so in writing.
Full pipeline, or slices of it
Instructional design only, production only, packaging and remediation only - or the whole chain.
Predictable per-course economics
A fixed fee per course or module set, so catalogue planning is arithmetic rather than a negotiation.
Pilot before commitment
One course, at your bar. No minimum volume, no retainer, no lock-in period.
Six standards every course meets before it reaches your platform
Process commitments, not outcome claims - identical on a single pilot course and on a forty-course ramp.
Talk to the teamThree entry points, and the first one is reversible
No minimum volume and no retainer to begin.
No pricing on this page on purpose. Per-course fees depend on format mix, language count and how much of the pipeline you hand over - all quoted after the pilot scope and fixed before production starts.
Questions content teams ask us most
Is the production genuinely white-label?
Yes. Your brand, your templates, your credits, and signed non-disclosure agreements as standard. Board Infinity is not named in the course, its metadata or its packaging, and we do not publish your work as a case study without written permission.
Can you match our existing style?
That is exactly what the pilot is for. You give us the style guide, an existing course you are happy with and the packaging spec; we produce one course against it. If it does not match, you have lost one project rather than a contract.
How do you use AI, and where don't you?
AI presenters and avatars where content refreshes often, and AI-accelerated assembly and caption passes to shorten turnaround. Instructional design, subject accuracy and final QA are human-led on every course, and we tell you which modules used an AI presenter so you can disclose it. The stage-by-stage split is on this page.
What is the minimum engagement?
One pilot course. No volume commitment, no retainer, no lock-in period.
Can we hand you only part of the pipeline?
Yes, and many platforms do. Instructional design only, production only, packaging and remediation only - or the full chain from subject brief to platform-tested package.
Who owns the output?
You do, on delivery, including source files. Fixed fee per course, no revenue share and no licence-back arrangement.
How fast can a course ship?
6–10 weeks for a full course from brief to packaged handover, and faster for modules that reuse an established template system. A pilot usually runs at the shorter end because the scope is deliberately tight.
How do you handle our SMEs' time?
The same way we handle faculty: under a day per module. A scoping conversation, a script review, the recording session and one review pass. If your SMEs are contractors billing by the hour, that difference is usually the cheapest part of the business case.
What happens to courses that underperform after launch?
Completion and drop-off analytics are per module, so a weak module is visible rather than averaged away. Refresh cycles can be scoped into the engagement up front, which is far cheaper than discovering the problem in a renewal conversation.
Where do your production teams sit?
Our studios and instructional design teams are in India, which is what makes broadcast-quality output affordable at catalogue scale. We work to your review hours and inside your project tooling.
Short-form samples from the same production line.
Sixty-second explainers we script, produce and publish ourselves. More are added as they go out.
Judge us on one course.
One pilot, built to your template, your tone and your packaging spec. If it does not clear your bar, that is the end of it - no retainer, no minimum, no argument.
- A pilot scoped against your own style guide - your intro, your lower thirds, your slide system, your packaging spec.
- A signed non-disclosure agreement first, as standard. Your roadmap, your subjects and your learner data stay yours.
- Per-course economics up front, so catalogue planning is a spreadsheet exercise rather than a negotiation.
