Why this is hard in-house

Three reasons the industry classroom stays empty

01

They are not looking for a teaching job

A sitting CFO will not answer an advertisement for visiting faculty. They will say yes to a specific, well-scoped ask - if somebody makes it.

02

A guest lecture is not a course

One inspiring afternoon a semester changes very little. A syllabus needs 20 to 48 hours from somebody who will set work and grade it.

03

Sourcing one professor is a hiring process

References, identity checks, an NDA, a contract, a schedule and cover when it slips - every semester, across a dozen electives.

The catalogue

12 domains. 59 courses we can staff.

Name the course and we match it against real people. Anything outside this list is a sourcing brief, and we will tell you honestly whether we can fill it.

Coach vetting

Five stages. No fast track.

Every coach on the bench has been through all five, in this order.

01

Sourcing

Approached through practitioner and alumni networks, never advertised to.

02

Profile review

Resume and a sample teaching deck, read by our faculty pod with an academic advisor.

03

Trial session

A paid trial in front of a real cohort, graded on clarity and depth.

04

Background checks

Two references, identity verification, and an NDA and IP agreement before going live.

05

Ongoing rating

Every session rated 1 to 5. Below 4.4 across two engagements and the coach is paused.

Under 8%of the practitioners we approach end up on the bench. Most drop out at the trial session.

Tool-based training

12 hands-on tracks, led by people who use the tool at work.

Short, certifiable and capstone-driven. 292 contact hours in total, 16 to 40 hours each.

Included in every engagement

Eight things that are not add-ons

Faculty engagements go wrong in the administration, so the administration is in the base price.

01

A named partnership manager

One person who owns your shortlists and your semester schedule.

02

A shortlist inside 24 hours

Matched profiles the next working day, with the reasoning attached.

03

Teaching deck and intro video

See how somebody actually teaches before you commit a slot.

04

NDA and IP agreement

Signed with every coach before the first session, not after.

05

Materials and recordings

Every session and every deck retained, and they stay with you at the end.

06

Ratings and a feedback digest

Students rate every session. You get the digest, and so does the coach.

07

Named replacement cover

A briefed substitute from the same domain, agreed at contracting.

08

One institutional invoice

Contracting, payment and tax with each coach sits with us.

Questions deans ask

Straight answers

How are the faculty vetted?

Five stages: sourcing through practitioner and alumni networks, a profile and teaching-deck review with an academic advisor, a paid trial in front of a real cohort, two references with identity checks and a signed NDA, then a continuous student-rating loop. Fewer than 8% get through.

Can we get faculty for a niche course?

Usually, and we tell you quickly if not. The bench covers 12 domains and 59 named courses; anything outside that is a sourcing brief. If it is not fillable you hear that in the first conversation, not six weeks into your term.

Why can we not see the real names?

Because the senior people worth having will not join a marketplace that publishes their identity to anyone with a URL. Full names, employers, rates, availability and teaching decks unlock the moment your institution logs in.

What if a coach cannot make a session?

A named substitute from the same domain is agreed at contracting and briefed on the syllabus, so cover is a phone call rather than a search. Every missed session is reported, not absorbed.

Can a visiting faculty course carry credit?

Yes. Credit-bearing engagements get academic-advisor sign-off on the syllabus, contact hours mapped to your credit definition, and an assessment blueprint agreed with your board of studies.

What does it cost?

It depends on the track, the seniority the course needs and the contact hours, which is why there is no price on this page. Tell us the courses you need staffed and when your term starts, and you get costing within three working days.

Next step

Let's put a shortlist against your requirement

Tell us your cohort size and academic calendar. We come back with a proposed module plan, a semester timetable and commercials - usually within three working days.

  • A shortlist inside 24 hours, with the reasoning attached.
  • Teaching decks and intro videos for every shortlisted coach.
  • Full profiles and rate cards, unlocked for your institution.
