How much time will our faculty actually spend?
Under a day per module in total, itemised in the table above: a scoping conversation, a script review, the recording session, an assessment check and one final review pass. Scripting, slide redesign, storyboarding, editing, graphics, packaging and deployment are ours. We are re-measuring this against recent projects and will publish exact hours once verified.
Does your content fit UGC's four-quadrant requirement?
Every module is delivered as the full quadrant set - video lecture, structured e-content, self-assessment and discussion prompts - ready for online and ODL programmes. To be clear: we produce content aligned to the framework; regulatory approval for the programme remains with the institution.
Can you bring experts for subjects we don't have faculty for?
Yes. Our coach and industry-expert network can present, co-teach or supplement your faculty on camera, with your academic team retaining full content and assessment approval, and with the credit line you choose.
Can you work with our existing syllabus and recordings?
Yes, and it usually shortens the timeline. We digitise and restructure what exists and re-record only what genuinely needs re-recording. Where a syllabus needs building, we co-create it with your faculty.
Who owns the content?
Your institution. Full IP transfer on delivery, including source files - project files, graphics, scripts and masters. No revenue share, no licence-back, no per-learner fee.
Which LMS do you deploy to?
Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Coursera, Open edX or your own platform, as SCORM 1.2 / 2004 or xAPI. Deployment is tested on your instance before handover, including completion tracking and gradebook wiring.
Can you record on our campus instead of your studio?
Yes. On-campus recording with our crew, lighting and sound is standard for faculty who cannot travel, and we run guided remote sessions where a professor is at another location entirely.
What does a first engagement usually look like?
One programme, or one course inside a programme. It gives your academic council something real to review, and it settles the questions - faculty time, quality bar, LMS behaviour, accessibility - before you commit a full catalogue.
How do you handle several faculty across one programme?
One project lead holds the programme; each professor gets their own scoping call, script and recording slot, and a shared template system keeps module 9 looking like module 1. Faculty never have to coordinate with each other to keep the programme consistent.
Can the content be produced in Hindi or a regional language?
Yes - Hindi and the major Indian languages, either recorded natively or built as subtitled and dubbed variants from the same master. It changes the script and the recording plan, so tell us at scoping rather than after.
