Nexus · Skills intelligence
The skills intelligence layer behind every graduate outcome.
Nexus collect job postings, analyse and classify every description, resolve the companies and people behind them, check data quality, and govern the result into one skills vocabulary your programmes and your graduates are measured against.

01The question nobody can answer
Three questions a dean is asked every year and cannot source.
Not because the answers do not exist, but because the evidence sits in four places that never speak to each other: a curriculum file, a placement spreadsheet, a purchased market report, and whoever happened to attend last year’s advisory board.
Cadence
Your curriculum board meets once a year. Hiring requirements move every quarter. By the time a syllabus change clears approval, the requirement that prompted it has moved on.
Traceability
The employability figure in your file has no source. NAAC, NIRF and NBA submissions rest on numbers that were assembled by hand and cannot be re-derived.
Shelf life
The market report was old when it was printed. A PDF cannot be queried, cannot be refreshed, and cannot tell you which of its numbers have since moved.
02What it actually does
From a job posting to a decision your board can check.
Six layers, each doing one job. Read the labour market, govern the vocabulary, map your programmes and graduates against it, and deliver the answer through a portal built for deans and placement heads. Nothing in the chain is a black box.
Start with the market layer →03Governed AI agents
The analyser drafts. A named person approves. There is no third option.
Auditability is a procurement requirement in universities and ministries, not a slide. Each agent reads a defined input, produces a defined output, and is explicitly barred from the one thing that would make its work unusable in an audit.
SSageCurriculum Review Agent
Reads programmes, courses and skill files. Maps them to the market taxonomy. Finds per-programme coverage gaps and ranks them by demand weight.
NeverApplies a change silently. Every gap is a flag for faculty review, not an edit.
ScScoutMarket Intelligence Agent
Watches live job demand. Surfaces top, rising and declining skills, top employers and seniority mix. Flags where research evidence disagrees with the live market.
NeverSubstitutes a research figure for a market figure when the corpus is thin. It says the corpus is thin.
SbScribeReport Assembler Agent
Composes partner-ready reports and decks from approved, evidence-tagged findings only. Every figure traces to a finding that already passed review.
NeverMakes a new claim. It assembles; it does not conclude.
AIAI DeanOrchestrator
Directs the specialists and drafts the standard university briefing for your approval, with each section attributed to the agent that produced it.
NeverShips without a named human sign-off. There is no setting that turns this off.
04Evidence, never opinion
Every claim is made through one lens, and the panel says which.
The common failure in this category is a quiet substitution: a platform runs out of live market data, fills the hole with whatever number it can find, and presents the result as demand. Naming the lens on the page makes that impossible to do quietly.
01
Market demandWhat the market asks for.
“Which skills are employers hiring for right now?”
Live job postings, description analysis, extracted skills, validated role archetypes.
02
Research evidenceWhat the literature says.
“Where is this sector heading over five years?”
Secondary research carried with page-level citations, never paraphrased loose.
03
Institution evidenceWhat this university does.
“What do our students actually learn, and become?”
Your curriculum files, employer and alumni survey responses, alumni career footprint.
A dean’s first question is always “says who?” Nexus answers it by design, not by exception.
05The labelling rule
Open any screen and it tells you where its numbers came from.
The lenses are the doctrine; these four labels are the mechanism that makes the doctrine checkable from inside the product. Every panel carries one, before you ask, and whether or not the answer flatters us.
Read from the corpus now
Drawn directly from the governed job-market corpus at the timestamp shown on the panel. This is the only label that supports a demand claim.
Real, but thin
Live data with known coverage gaps for the slice you are looking at. Shown, and labelled, rather than quietly padded out to look complete.
A sample, and it says so
Demonstration data used while a tenant is being set up. It never represents your institution, and the label stays on the panel until your own data replaces it.
The empty panel
Where there is nothing to report, the panel says nothing to report. This is the label that costs us the most, and the reason the other three can be trusted.
Every partner dashboard opens with a plain-language disclosure that sources are mixed and that each section names its own. Panels with nothing to show read “Data not available” rather than a fabricated number. A second control lets an administrator mask compensation and named-alumni detail, so a screen can be shown in an open meeting without exposing an individual graduate.

07Who Nexus serves
Built for the people who carry the outcome number into the room.
Deans, VP-Placements, Provosts
Know which skills the market is asking for and which ones your curriculum teaches. Defend NAAC, NIRF and NBA submissions with live evidence rather than memory.
For universities Skill missions & ministriesState and national workforce leads
Measure workforce readiness at state and national scale. Continuous NSQF and NQF maintenance instead of once-a-decade updates. On-premise deployment available.
For skill missions Enterprise L&DTalent and campus hiring leads
Skill-based sourcing from a governed vocabulary, and a campus-to-corporate pipeline with evidence of what each cohort actually knows - not what it self-declares.

10Before you ask
The five questions procurement always asks.
Where does the job market data come from?
Nexus collects postings from LinkedIn, Google Jobs, Bayt and NaukriGulf. The corpus stands at 345,595 postings, analysed against 508 validated role archetypes and 71,785 companies are indexed against it.
Is the AI making decisions about our curriculum?
No. Each agent drafts for your approval. Nothing reaches a partner without a named human sign-off, and every run is stamped with the model and prompt version so any output can be reproduced exactly.
The word we deliberately do not use about Nexus is "autonomous".
How long does it take to go live?
Twelve weeks from first conversation to a live dashboard: two weeks of scoping, then ingest, mapping and delivery, moving into a quarterly refresh cycle.
Can Nexus be deployed on our own infrastructure?
On-premise deployment is available for skill missions and ministries with data-residency requirements. Raise your constraints early - before procurement, not during it - and we will scope against them.
How is this different from a market research report?
A report is a snapshot, and its numbers usually cannot be traced back to anything you can inspect. Nexus is a live corpus in which every claim carries its evidence lens and its source, the dashboard refreshes quarterly, and the same question asked twice returns an answer you can diff.
