Why practitioners teach here

Real cohorts, real outcomes, real respect

Cohorts that convert

Your sessions feed a measured system. Attendance, assessment scores and mock-interview ratings are tracked per student, so you can see the readiness numbers your teaching moves, not just a feedback form at the end.

Engagements that fit

Single workshops through to semester-long courses, virtual or on campus. You tell us your availability in the application and we match you to batches that fit around your job rather than the other way round.

Institutional platform

Teach at IIMs, IITs and NIRF-100 campuses with production support, a programme coordinator behind you and the scheduling, material and assessment logistics handled.

Multi-session · scheduled block

Semester course

A full course taught alongside the institution’s academic calendar.

Semester-long · recurring slot

1:1 and small-group coaching

Mock interviews, resume reviews and career conversations, one student or a small group at a time.

Who we look for

What the academic team is actually checking

  • You work in the field you would teach

The network is practitioners: people currently working at product companies, consultancies, banks, agencies and startups, not full-time trainers.

  • You can show your track record

The application asks for your LinkedIn profile and a resume. Both are reviewed by the academic team before the demo.

  • You can teach, not just do

The form captures your teaching style along with your expertise, and the demo session is where that gets assessed.

  • You have a slot you can commit to

Availability is part of the application. A guest workshop and a semester course ask for very different commitments, and both are fine.

Questions from coaches

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply to coach?

Working professionals in the domain they want to teach. The network is made up of practitioners from companies including Google, Amazon and Microsoft alongside consultancies, banks, agencies and startups. You apply with your LinkedIn profile and resume, and the academic team reviews both before inviting you to a demo.

How long does the application take?

About three minutes. It is four short steps: personal details, professional verification (LinkedIn URL and resume), then the domains you want to teach, your teaching style and your availability.

What happens after I submit the form?

The academic team reviews your profile and invites you to a short demo session. That demo plus a credential review is the vetting step. If it goes well you are matched to programmes that fit your domains and availability, calibrated on the assessment rubrics, and teaching within weeks.

Do I have to teach on campus?

No. Engagements run virtual or on campus depending on the programme. You set your availability and preferences in the application and the programme coordinator schedules around them.

How much time does it take?

It depends entirely on the format. A guest workshop is a single session; a semester course runs alongside the institution’s academic calendar. Both are normal, and you choose what you can commit to.

Who would I be teaching?

Students at the 150+ institutions Board Infinity works with, including 15+ IIMs and IITs and 45+ of the NIRF top-100. Around 50,000 students are trained every year.

What support do I get while teaching?

A programme coordinator, the scheduling and batch logistics, learning material and the assessment platform. Attendance, scores and mock-interview ratings are tracked per student so you can see how a batch is moving.

Teach where the outcome is measured.

Four short steps, about three minutes. The academic team comes back to you to schedule the demo.
